IchigoPrompt is designed to minimize data collection. This notice describes the MVP’s actual data flow so you can decide what to enter.

What stays on your device
Your draft, recent prompts, favorites, settings, and edited prompt versions are stored in your browser. The MVP has no account database and does not sync this library across devices. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
What is sent for optimization
When you generate or refine a prompt, the request, selected options, optional context, and—when refining—the current prompt are sent to the server and then to the configured private Hermes service. They are used to create a prompt, not to execute the underlying request.
Operational data
The service may process minimal technical data needed for security and reliability, such as timestamps, request identifiers, response status, latency, and character counts. Raw prompt text should not be written to application logs or analytics.
Sharing and exports
Share uses your device’s native share capability, with clipboard fallback. Download and data export happen in your browser. The MVP does not create public prompt URLs.
Sensitive information
Do not enter secrets, credentials, regulated data, or confidential material unless your Hermes deployment and organizational policies explicitly permit it. Browser storage is device-specific and may be accessible to anyone using the same browser profile.
